Recently I went there for a problem which i though would cost a few hundred dollars at least and the loss of the use of the car for a couple of days. I took it in at the designated time. I went up on the hoist to see what the problem was. 5 minutes later.

“Ok all fixed, just something lose flapping in the wind as you drive.”

“OK how much do I owe you?” I asked, expecting a nice fat bill. “No charge for that, just a couple of minutes work.”
